Rebatissons Community Development LLC was founded by Waymen Eddings to advance community-centered development through affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, economic opportunity, and strategic partnerships.
We bring together residents, property owners, nonprofits, government, businesses, developers, and philanthropic partners to transform underutilized assets into productive community resources that stay in the hands of the people who live there.
Legal & Tax Status
Rebatissons is a Kentucky limited liability company organized for community development purposes. It was recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) on August 3, 2020, and is classified as a public charity under Section 509(a)(2).
How We Work
Rebatissons is a lean organization led by its Executive Director and a growing board of community-minded directors. We focus on high-impact project sponsorship and development rather than large-scale program administration. We partner with residents, faith institutions, local nonprofits, public agencies, and funders — including the West End Opportunity Partnership — to deliver results that stay in the community.
